GSK 2025 GSK Chemistry Scholars Program

Selected recipients will:

• Visit the GSK site in Upper Providence, PA for 1 1/2 days on Sept 19-20 (all travel expenses covered).

• Present their graduate research in a 15-minute talk. Tour GSK research facilities.

• Attend talks presented by GSK chemists.

• Network and connect with GSK scientists in the discovery chemistry, drug substance development, molecular design, chemical biology, modality platform technologies, and enzyme engineering and biocatalysis departments.

Selection Criteria

• Ph.D. candidate in the U.S. in their 3rd year of graduate school or above in fall 2025.

• Anticipated graduation date after December 2025.

• Open to graduate students conducting research in chemistry (organic, computational, medicinal, chemical biology, biochemistry, or biocatalysis).

• CV (2 pages max).

• Research summary (2 pages max, including schemes).

• Personal statement describing your career aspirations and any adversity you have encountered in your path to achieve these goals (1 page max).

• Letter of recommendation from research advisor (upon request from selection committee).
