2025 Fully Funded Master's & PhD University Of Malta Scholarships for International Students

The University of Malta offers full or partial tuition fee waivers to high-achieving international students (non-EU/EEA) pursuing Master’s by research or Ph.D. programs. These scholarships are aimed at supporting global talent in furthering their education in Malta.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:

> Hold an unconditional offer for a Master’s by research or Ph.D. program (full-time or part-time) at the University of Malta.

> Request a fee waiver by contacting the International Office via email.

> Apply within one month of receiving the acceptance letter.

> Applicants must be ready to submit:

> A copy of the unconditional Acceptance Lett

> Curriculum Vitae (CV)

> A Motivational Letter

> A copy of passport bio-data page

Application Process

1. Apply for admission to a Master’s by research or Ph.D. program at the University of Malta.

2. Once accepted unconditionally, accept the admission offer.

3. Request the scholarship by emailing the International Office with the required documents.

4. Submit your scholarship request by:

- January 31

- May 31

- October 31 (final annual deadline)

5. Eligible applicants will be invited for an online interview with the Scholarship Selection Board.
